Hello. I’m a brand new, sustaining member of the Coffee Party, and I’m glad to be here! From the Mission Statement, I believe this movement is exactly what the U.S. needs. With half a million members, the CP is a major political force! Has any proposed that each member chip in 5.00 (for a total of 2 million 500 dollars) to support Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders’ campaign for the presidency? I know finance is one of his concerns. With the kind of backing that we could provide (at 5bucks each, or more) Bernie could have a real chance for election…and he stands for all the same things the CP represents! What say?
