Turn the Political Capital System into the Civility Rewards Point System.
Ideas on what Members could get with those points?
Maybe a private radio call with the Board, With Eric Byler, Or Annabel Park? Maybe different levels of quarterly activity and Civility Rewards Points that hit a certain level. Thoughts?
